Helen's Favorite Banana Bread Recipe

Step 1

Sift first 5 ingredients, combine remaining ingredients, stir into dry mix, bake at 350 for 50 minutes in a greased lined loaf pan.

Things You'll Need

  • 1 3/4c Flour
  • 1/2ts Baking soda
  • 1 1/2ts Baking powder
  • 3/4ts Salt
  • 2ts Orange rind, grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4c Oil
  • 1c Bananas
  • 1/2c Milk
  • 3/4c Sugar
