Cheesehorns Recipe

Step 1

Make a yeastdough and let it rise.

Step 2

Roll out dough thinly and cut into 12 squares.

Step 3

Put a slice of cheese on each square and sprinkle some mixed herbs over all.

Step 4

Roll up the squares from one side into little horns, bend a little.

Step 5

Put them on a cookiesheet and let them rise once more.

Step 6

Brush with a little milk and bake at 325 C ca. 25 minutes.

  • 96 7/8g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 70 1/8g White Flour
  • 300ml Milk and Watermix
  • 1ts Honey
  • 1pk Yeast
  • 1ts Salt
  • Mixed Herbs
  • 12sl Cheese (Your choice)
