  • 1cn 28 oz whole peeled tomatoes and juice, chopped
  • 3c Thinly sliced celery
  • 1cn 19 oz chick peas, pureed
  • 1md Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1c Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1cn 4 oz chopped green chilies
  • 2tb Fresh lime juice
  • 1tb Vinegar
  • 1/2tb Sugar
  • 2cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1ts Ground cumin
  • 1ts Oregano
