Tabbouli Salad Recipe

Step 1

Pour boiling water over wheat in a bowl. Let stand one hour. Drain well and return to bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill at least two hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Things You'll Need

  • 1c Bulgur wheat, uncooked
  • 2c Boiling water
  • 1/3c Vegetable oil
  • 1/3c Lemon juice
  • 2ts Salt
  • 1ts Pepper
  • 1/2c Parsley, chopped
  • 3tb Mint, fresh chopped or,
  • 2ts Mint, dry crumbled
  • 6ea Green onions & tops, minced
  • 2ea Tomatoes, chopped
