Chili Potatoes Recipe

In a large skillet, heat the oil.
Add the potatoes, green peppers, onions and seasonings.
Stir and mix the ingredients carefully in the pan.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for several minutes, watching to make sure the bottom does not scorch.
Remove the lid, and carefully turn over the potatoes.
Pat them gently until they are uniformly spread in the pan, and allow them to cook until they brown on the bottom.
Carefully turn them again and allow the other sides to brown, until the potatoes are finished.
Remove from the skillet with a slotted spoon and place on a plate or bowl lined with a paper towel.
