Fruit and Shrimp Salad Recipe


Fruit wedges topped with a delicious shrimp sauce.

Step 1

Divide and spread the lettuce over 8 salad plates. Overlap 4 slices of canteloupe and 3 slices of honeydew on each plate - beginning and ending with canteloupe.

Step 2

Topping: Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl and stir.

Step 3

Carefully fold in shrimp and then spoon across melon.

Things You'll Need

  • 1Small Head Lettuce, shredded
  • 32Thin Slices Canteloupe or papaya
  • 24Thin Slices Honeydew
  • Topping:
  • 3/4c Mayonnaise (175 ml)
  • 1/3c Chili sauce (75 ml)
  • 2tb Sweet pickle relish (30 ml)
  • 1/4ts Onion powder (1 ml)
  • 24 oz. cans Cocktail shrimp, rinsed & drained (2 x 113 g)
