Bananas Foster - De Carle Recipe

Step 1

In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.

Step 2

Add liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mixture for 2 minutes and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.

  • 1tb Dark rum
  • 1tb Creme de Banana
  • 3lg Bananas, split and sliced
  • Vanilla ice cream
