Hummus III Recipe

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender of food processor, and puree to a fine consistency, adding a little more liquid as necessary to make a smooth, light paste. Serve immediately with salad and pita bread.

  • 3c Chick peas, cooked
  • 1/4c Water
  • 1/4c Lemon juice
  • 4ea Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2ts Salt
  • 3tb Tahini
  • 2tb Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3tb Olive oil
