Mozzarella And Sun-Dried Tomato Bread Abm Recipe

Step 1

Drain tomatoes well, reserving oil to use in bread. Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Pour all ingredients into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at eleven o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine.

Nutritional information per slice: 67 cal, 1 gm fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 147 mg sodium, 19% calories from fat.

  • 1ts Garlic powder
  • 2 3/4c Flour, bread
  • 1 1/2tb Sugar
  • 1/2tb Salt
  • 2tb Olive oil
  • 7/8c Water; warm
  • 1/2c Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2c Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
