Oatmeal Breakfast Bars Recipe

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Press into a greased 15 x 10 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 425 for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack.

  • 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
