Batas A Portuguesa - Portuguese Fried Potatoes Recipe

Step 1

In a pan heat butter and oil. fry potatoes on both sides until golden brown.

Step 2

Season potatoes with salt and pepper, transfer to a heated plater and serve immediately sprinkle with parsley. serves 4

  • 750g Potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 Level teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Freshly ground black pepper
