Oriental Noodles With Vegetables Recipe

Step 1

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain well.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.

  • 175g Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 1/2tb Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Garlic clove, sliced/peeled
  • 1/2 Chopped onion
  • 1 Sliced carrot
  • 1/2 Green pepper, diced
  • 1/2tb Soy sauce
  • 1/2tb Sesame oil
  • 1tb Peanuts
