Homemade Croutons Recipe

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet then add oil. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cut 5 slices of day old bread and remove crusts. Cut into 1/2" cubes.

Step 2

Fry slowly until lightly brown.

  • 2ea Garlic cloves minced
  • 1ts Thyme
  • 5tb Light oil
  • 1ts Oregano
  • 5ea Day old bread
