Honey Mustard-Soy Vinaigrette Recipe

Step 1

Serve this with shredded Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced zucchini and diced tomatoes, or with any other salad you think it will work in.

Step 2

IN A MEDIUM-SIZE BOWL, blend the honey mustard, soy sauce and vinegar until smooth. Whisk in the oil in a slow, steady stream. Add the dill, if desired.

Makes 1 1/2 Cups

  • 3tb Honey mustard
  • 2tb Soy sauce
  • 6tb White wine vinegar
  • 3/4c Vegetable oil
  • 3tb Chopped fresh dill, optional
