Creamy Cheese Fondue Recipe

Step 1

Combine shreede cheese and flour; set aside.

Step 2

In a saucepan cook green pepper in butter till tender but not brown.

Step 3

Stir in wine; Heat slowly just till bubbling. Gradually add shredded cheese, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.

Step 4

Stir in cream cheese and mustard; cook and stir over low heat till smooth.

Step 5

Transfer cheese mixture to fondue pot.

  • 4c AMERICAN CHEESE,SHEDDED 16OZ
  • 1tb ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 2tb GREEN PEPPER,FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1tb BUTTER
  • 1 1/4c DRY WHITE WINE
  • 6oz CREAM CHEESE WITH CHIVES
  • 1ts PREPARED MUSTARD
  • 1pk BREADSTICKS/FRENCH BREAD
