Cauliflower Piquante Recipe

Step 1

Steam the cauliflower until it is just crisp-tender. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Stir to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. If made in advance, refrigerate after marinating for 1 hour.

  • 1/3c Vegetable Oil
  • 2tb Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2ts Dried Dill
  • Pn White Pepper, ground
