Seasoned Tomato and Garlic quiche Recipe


A mouth watering quiche i got from my grandma good on cold days.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. combine tomatoes and bouillon in small sauce pan cook over med heat stirring frequently until bouillon is dissolved.

Step 2

Remove from heat. combine sour cream eggs and cheese pour into pie shell combine bread crumbs and garlic in small bowl sprinkle over sour cream mixture.

Step 3

Spoon tomato filling over mixture. bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until filling is hot.

Things You'll Need

  • 1 2 med tomatoes chopped
  • 1 2 chicken bouillion cubes
  • 1 1 container of sour cream
  • 1 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 2 cloves og garlic finely chopped
