Apricot Salad Recipe

Step 1

Mix gelatin with boiling water. Add juice from apricots and pineapple. Refrigerate until partially set. Add pineapple, apricots, and pecans. Mix cream cheese with whipped topping and fold into gelatin mixture. Refrigerate.

  • 1 small package apricot gelatin
  • 1cup boiling watr
  • 20ounce can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
  • 1can apricots, chopped and drained, reserve juice
  • 1cup chopped pecans
  • 8ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 8ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
