Gingered Mango Salsa Recipe

Step 1

Combine and mix prepared ingredients in a small bowl. Salsa texture should be coarse.

Things You'll Need

  • 1/4 Habanero chile
  • -or-
  • 1 Whole jalapeno
  • ;seeded and finely chopped
  • 3/4ts Soy sauce
  • 1c Mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4c Brown sugar
  • 1/4ts Ground cloves
  • 1sm Garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1tb Fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1pn Salt
