Crunchy Pea Salad Recipe

Step 1

Rinse peas in hot water (or steam if fresh); drain. Combine vegetables, nuts, and bacon with sour cream. Mix dressing, mustard and garlic together; pour over salad mixture. Toss gently. Chill.

  • 10oz Fresh or frozen peas
  • 1/4c Crisp bacon (crumbled)
  • 1c Diced celery
  • 1/2c Sour cream
  • 1c Chopped celery
  • 1/4c Diced green onion
  • 1c Cashews
  • 1/2ts Dijon mustard
  • 1cl Garlic (minced)
  • 1c Prepared Hidden Valley Ranch
