Cranberry Pineapple Salad Recipe

Overview

Try this great sugar free fruit salad. Salad with lots of fruits and chilled.

Step 1

Drain pineapple, reserve liquid in a 1 quart measuring cup.

Step 2

Add enough cold water to reserved liquid to measure 3 cups.

Step 3

Bring to a boil.

Step 4

Add gelatin and stir.

Step 5

Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or less, until slightly thickened.

Step 6

Add cranberry sauce, drained pineapple, apple, and walnuts.

Step 7

Refrigerate until firm.

Step 8

Makes 10 servings.

Things You'll Need

  • 1 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
  • 1 1 pkg raspberry gelatin - sugar free - 6 oz
  • 1 1 can (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 1 medium apple chopped
  • 1 2/3 cup chopped walnuts (unsalted)
