Blueberry Salad Recipe

Step 1

Combine boiling water and gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Stir in pineapple and blueberry pie filling. Pour into a glass 13"x9" pan and chill in refrigerator until firm. For topping, beat together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in sour cream, whipped topping and vanilla. Spread over firm gelatin. Chill until serving.

  • 2 small packages raspberry (or black cherry) gelatin
  • 2cups boiling water
  • 1can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1can blueberry pie filling
  • 8ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2cup sugar
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 1cup frozen whipped topping, thawed (or whipped cream)
  • 1teaspoon vanilla
