Chinese Vegetables Marinated Salad Recipe

Step 1

Drain and mix the following: Green Beans, English Peas, Water Chestnuts, Chinese Vegetables and/or Bean Sprouts.

Step 2

Heat till sugar dissolves: Granulated Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar.

Step 3

Pour over vegetables, store in a covered bowl overnight.


Nita's Note: Serve with finely chopped fresh Bok Choy, if greens are desired.

  • 1can French Cut Green Beans
  • 1can Small English Peas
  • 1can (6 oz.) sliced Water Chestnuts
  • 1can Chinese Vegetables and/or Bean Sprouts
  • 1cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4cup Apple Cider Vinegar
