Spinach Wrap Ups Recipe

Step 1

Melt butter in the water; stir in stuffing, add the rest of the ingredients. Chill for 1 hour.

Step 2

Shape into walnut size balls. Cut bacon into 4 pieces and wrap balls, securing with toothpicks.

Step 3

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • 1 Stick of margarine
  • 1/3c Water
  • 2c Pepperidge Farm herb
  • Stuffing mix
  • 1c Parmesan cheese
  • 2pk Frozen chopped spinach
  • (cooked and well drained)
  • 1/2lb Mild sausage
  • 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1lb Bacon
