Gingered Shrimp Salad Recipe

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except shrimp and vegetables. Pour half over shrimp and half over the vegetables. Marinate for an hour, drain and serve over lettuce or sprouts.

Things You'll Need

  • 1 1/2lb Shrimp, cooked
  • 1/4c Vinegar, white wine
  • 1tb Lemon juice
  • 1ts Sugar
  • 2c Celery
  • 3/4c Oil
  • 2tb Water
  • 1 1/2ts Ginger
  • 1/2ts Salt
  • 2c Carrot
