Potato Momos Recipe

Step 1

Melt ghee in a small skillet. Add ginger, garlic & onion. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add garam masala, chili powder, salt, pepper & soy sauce. Stir fry for 30 seconds.

Step 2

Remove from heat & add mashed potatoes. Add spinach when cool, green onion & cilantro. Mix well. Put 1 tb of filling into each wrapper, seal the edges closed with a little water.

Step 3

Steam over steaming rack & serve hot with sauce.

  • 1/4c Ghee
  • 1/2tb Minced ginger
  • 1/2tb Minced garlic
  • 1/4c Onion, diced
  • 1/2ts Garam masala
  • 1/2ts Chili powder
  • 1/4ts Salt
  • 1/4ts Pepper
  • 1tb Soy sauce
  • 2c Mashed potatoes
  • 1/2c Fresh spinach, parboiled &
  • -- chopped
  • 1/4c Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4c Green onions, sliced
