Artichokes With Vinaigrette Recipe

Step 1

Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and mustard. Gradually add oil until blended. Serve with cooked artichokes.

  • 1/2c Vinegar
  • 4t Lemon juice
  • 1tb Sugar
  • 1/2t Dry mustard
  • 1/3c Olive oil
  • 4md California artichokes,
  • -prepared and cooked as
  • -directed for whole
  • -artichokes
