Carrot Fluff Recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven-375 Combine cake meal and salt.

Step 2

In large bowl combine carrots; sugar, margarine, and yolks. Mix well. Make a well in center and add dry ingredients Stir until well blended. Beat egg white until still, but not dry fold into carrots. Lightly spoon into greased baking dish

Step 3

Bake for 45 min.

1c Cake meal
3lb Carrots; -cooked and mashed
3 Eggs; separated
1ts Salt
3/4c Sugar
1 Stick margarine; melted
