Mix together and slowly add 1 cup olive oil while blender is going on slow

  • 1 1 t. dry oregano flakes
  • 1 1/2 t. sugar
  • 1 1/3 C. red wine vinegar
  • 1 2 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1 T. dijon mustard
  • 1 1 C. olive oil
  • 1 4 oz. canned chick peas
  • 1 1or 2 heads romain lettuce,chopped
  • 1 1 C. motzarella cheese grated
  • 1 dried basil to taste
  • 1 12 oz. cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 1 8 oz. dry wine salami,diced
  • 1 8 oz. plum or grape tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 lb. provolone cheese, diced
  • 1 3 green onions chopped
