With small melon baller, scoop out 45 cantaloupe balls.
Cut each slice of ham lengthwise into three strips, each about 1-inch-wide. Wrap 1 ham strip around each melon ball (it will wrap around twice); secure with toothpick. Sprinkle with wine; place on platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
