Spinanch Balls Recipe

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and form into teaspoon-size balls. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. After frozen, place in a plastic bag and return to freezer until the party.

Step 2

To use, place frozen spinanch balls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with toothpicks.

Things You'll Need

  • 20oz Frozen chopped spinanch
  • -cooked & well-drained
  • 2c Packaged herb stuffing
  • 3/4c Melted butter
  • 1/2ts Thyme
  • Pepper
  • 6 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4c Onion, finely chopped
  • 1lg Clove garlic, minced
  • 1c Grated Parmesan Cheese
