Apricot Delight Salad Recipe

Step 1

Combine gelatin, sugar and water, bring to a boil and dissolve gelatin. Remove from heat, stir in fruit; set aside to cool. Combine condensed milk and cream cheese, beat until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture, add pecans. Pour into mold or bowl and refrigerate.

Things You'll Need

2packages (3 ounces each) apricot gelatin
2/3cup water
20ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
1-1/2cups chopped pecans
2/3cup sugar
2jars apricot baby food
14ounce can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
8ounce package cream cheese, softened
