Strawberry Banana Dessert Recipe

Step 1

Layer banana slices and cake cubes in 13"x9" dish coated with nonstick spray. Put strawberries over cake and press down gently.

Step 2

In bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Pour over strawberries. Refrigerate 3 hours until set. Frost with whipped topping.

  • 16 ounce store-bought angel food cake, cut in 1
  • 1 pint strawberries, halved
  • 2 packages sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
