Ricotta Dip For Summer Fruits Recipe

Step 1

A lightened recipe for the traditional filling for cannoli, the classic Sicilian sweet pastry. This dip is delicious on fresh fruit such as melon spears, peach wedges, strawberries and grapes.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in processor and puree until very smooth. Transfer to bowl. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

Things You'll Need

  • 15oz Fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 2tb Sugar
  • 1 1/2ts Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2ts Grated orange peel
  • 3/4ts Ground cinnamon
