Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe

Overview

Combine Jello with cottage cheese, fold in remaining ingredients. This simple salad is a favorite during summers.

Step 1

Add 2 cups boiling water to jello mixes. Cool until begins to set. Mix together cottage cheese, milk, pineapple, and miracle whip. Mix with jello mixture and let set.

Things You'll Need

1 1 box lemon jello
1 1 box lime jello
1 2 cups boiling water
1 1 lb cottage cheese
1 1 cup evaporated milk
1 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1 cup Miracle Whip
1 Nuts if desired
