Orange Tapioca Salad Recipe

Step 1

In a saucepan, bring water to boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mixes. Return to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool completely. Fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped topping. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 ounce package orange gelatin
  • 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 ounce package tapioca pudding mix
  • 15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
