Vegetable Cheese Puff Recipe

Step 1

Trim crusts from bread. Arrange 4 slices in bottom of greased, shallow, 8" casserole dish. (Cut to fit.)

Step 2

Beat eggs slightly. Stir in milk and paprika. Pour 1/2 cup over bread slices.

Step 3

Layer 4 cheese slices over bread.

Step 4

Spread vegetables evenly over cheese.

Step 5

Layer 4 cheese slices, 4 bread slices, remaining milk mixture, and the last 4 cheese slices.

Step 6

Bake at 350'F. for 45 minutes or until brown.

  • 2c Milk
  • 12sl American Cheese
  • 1ts Paprika
  • 1cn VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables
