Overview

An easy to make, versatile spread; equally scrumptious served on crackers, celery, or bagels. Keeps well in the fridge so it's easy to have on hand for unexpected guests. Substitute a light or no-fat cream cheese for a lower calorie treat.

Step 1

Using an electric mixer, beat at medium speed and cream the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.

Step 2

Transfer to a small bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Step 3

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.

  • 1 1/2 C Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 1 1/4 C Chopped Pecans
  • 1 1 1/4 C Dried Cranberries
  • 1 1/8 C Orange Juice Concentrate
