Basil-Mint Artichoke Spread Recipe

Serve this spread in a bowl set inside a hollowed-out fresh artichoke, surrounded by cut-up vegetables and French bread slices.

Step 1

n food processor, combine artichoke hearts, basil, mint and garlic; process until artichoke hearts are coarsely chopped. Add cheese, pepper and salt; process until well blended.

PER TABLESPOON: 35 calories, 2.5 g total fat (1.5 g saturated fat), 2 g protein, 2 g carbohydrate, 10 mg cholesterol, 100 mg sodium, 1 g fiber
