Freezer Slaw Recipe

Step 1

Chop up cabbage, carrot, pepper, onion and add salt. Let stand 1 hour. Boil together vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard. Cool and pour over slaw. Put in containers and freeze or use.

  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1ts Salt
  • 1c Vinegar
  • 1c Sugar
  • 1ts Celery seed
  • 1ts Dry mustard
