Sparkling Strawberry Mimosa

Yield: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces frozen sliced Califronia Strawberries in syrup, partially thawed
2 ounces orange juice
4 ounces chilled champagne
Whole fresh Califronia strawberry
Orange slice

DIRECTIONS:

In blender combine sliced berries and juice; blend until smooth. Pour into stemmed glass over ice. Fill with champagne; garnish with whole berry and orange slice.

Nonalcoholic Version: Substitute sparkling water and squeeze of lemon juice for champagne.
