Flaxseed and Berries Granola Recipe


This is a very easy to make and a very healthy recipe.Flaxseed contains important essential fats,and is also rich in lingans. Flaxseed has many benefits with its routine consumption.

Step 1

Place flaxseed, berries, and granola in a small bowl, pour in milk, and serve.

Things You'll Need

  • 1 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 6 medium strawberries, cut in halves (about half a cup)
  • 1 1/2 cup low-fat granola
  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
