Jicama Relish Recipe

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; mix well. Cover & let stand several hours. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate remaining relish.

  • 1/4lb Jicama, Peeled & Finely Chopped
  • 1/4c Frozen Whole Corn, Thawed & Drained
  • 1/2c Chopped Tomato
  • 2tb Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1tb Chopped Black Olives
  • 1tb Cider Vinegar
  • 1 1/2ts Commercial Picante Sauce
  • 1ts Vegetable Oil
