Potato Chowder Recipe

Step 1

Boil water. Crumble & add potatoes, simmer 15 minutes. Stir in milk & sauce mix packet. Reduce heat & cook 5-8 minutes on medium or until thickened. Stir in sour cream. Mix well. Top with cheese, bacon bits & chives.
