Basil Tomato Salad Recipe

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Add rice, tomatoes, cucumber and onion; toss. Serve chilled.

  • 2tb Olive oil
  • 2tb Cider vinegar
  • 2ts Basil, chopped -=OR=-
  • 1ts Dried basil
  • 1/2ts Salt
  • 1/4ts Pepper
  • 3c Cooked rice, cooled
  • 2md Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1md Cucumber, seeded & chopped
  • 1sm Red onion, chopped
