Jalepeno-Cheese Dip - Texas Style Recipe

Step 1

For variety, pickled carrots can be substituted for Jalepenos. For different effects, additional carrots and/or jalepenos can be finely diced and added to the dip. Dip increases in jalepeno strength with age.

Step 2

Use blender to liquify jalepenos, then onion and cheese, cut in 1-inch cubes. When well blended, mix in bowl with mayonnaise. Dip will stay for 2 weeks in refrigerator.

  • 1ea Med or Large Onion
  • 5ea GreenPickledJalapeno Peppers
  • Chips or Dippers
