Artichoke Chili Dip Recipe

Overview

A great dip for warm totilla chips. Dip features artichoke hearts, grated parmesan cheese, green chili peppers and mayonnaise.

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers and mayonnaise. Transfer mixture to an 8 inch round baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

  • 1cn (14-oz) artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1c Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1cn (4-oz) green chili peppers chopped
  • 1c Mayonnaise
  • Tortilla chips for dipping
