Killer Salsa Recipe

Step 1

Soak The chile pequins 3 to 4 hours in vinegar to cover; drain.

Step 2

Throw into the blender with all other ingredients and blend well.

Step 3

Let set in the refrigerator to cool off.

NOTE: This sauce is very hot. Chile Pequins are the hottest of the chili peppers, so watch out.

Things You'll Need

  • 2pk Dried chile pequins (or other chile pepper)
  • 1ts Cumin
  • 1/2ts Salt (optional)
  • 2ea Garlic cloves
  • 1ts Oregano
  • 1c Tomato juice
