Carrot Sandwich Spread Recipe

Step 1

Extract juice from carrots and reserve 2/3 cup juice and 1 cup pulp.

Step 2

Whisk together carrot juice and Tahini until well blended.

Step 3

Mix together in pulp and remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Spread generously on whole grain toast and top with lettuce.
