  • 2ts Dried thyme, coarsely ground
  • 1 1/3c Nancy Silverton's starter (see recipe) OR
  • 1 1/3c Yeast alternative
  • 2c Tap water, 70 degree
  • 1tb Salt
  • 1c Greek Kalamata olives * PLUS
  • 1c Oil cured olives *
  • 1tb Active dry yeast
